How Does Muscle Grow (Animation)

health No Comments »

Lifting weights causes your body to transform as a result of small muscular tears, which can cause discomfort while the muscle repairs and rebuilds. Intense lifting causes tiny tears to occur in muscle fibers and connective tissue. With adequate rest and nutrition, the muscles gradually regenerate over the next several days, but complete recovery might take a week or more. Muscle growth, strength, and capacity all increase when the body rebuilds its muscles. #Shorts

Lyrics:
Have you ever wondered
How our bodies work inside?
We move, we breathe, we eat, we think,
And somehow stay alive

We have twelve major systems
They’re like our personal crew
Each one does something different
We’ll introduce them to you:

Skeletal, Muscular, Circulatory, Nervous
Digestive (and Excretory), Reproductive, Respiratory
Immune, Lymphatic, Renal (or Urinary)
Endocrine, and Integumentary

Skeletal, Muscular, Circulatory, Nervous
Digestive (and Excretory), Reproductive, Respiratory
Immune, Lymphatic, Renal (or Urinary)
Endocrine, and Integumentary

I’m your skeleton, my bones support you
Protect your organs from things that could hurt you

I’m your muscles, and I help you move
When you exercise you’ll see what I can do

Circulatory here, with blood, vessels, and heart
I bring things like oxygen to all your body parts

I’m a system that may seem a little nervous,
I send neural signals as a service

We’re Digestive and Excretory
Welcome to the intestine loop
I turn food into energy
I turn the rest into poop

We’re the Reproductive systems
And here’s what we’re doin’
We make certain hormones
Oh, We also make humans

Take a breath, Respiratory system’s on your side
Airways bring in oxygen and let go of carbon dioxide

I’m your Immune system, and I fight off disease
I protect you better when you wash your hands,
So wash your hands! …please

I’m Lymphatic, I drain and kill toxins and help with immunity

I’m the Renal! I clean your blood, and make pee!
Oh, come on! Everybody pees

I’m the Endocrine. My glands send hormones in
Like a flood to your blood to help your body grow!

Integumentary means nails, hair, and skin
From your head to your toe

There are many other systems
But we are the main ones
Keeping you going takes cooperation!

Skeletal, Muscular, Circulatory, Nervous
Digestive (and Excretory), Reproductive, Respiratory
Immune, Lymphatic, Renal (or Urinary)
Endocrine, and Integumentary

Endocrine, and Integumentary

The Human Body – ESL lesson – Main body systems and organs
The video is an ESL lesson on the human body and the most important body systems like the skeletal system, the muscular system, the digestive system, the respiratory system, the cardiovascular system, the lymphatic system, the endocrine system, urinary system and the reproductive system. The video features some organs but leaves out some as this videos does not intend to be fully comprehensive nor does it aim to be very detailed. The intention was that the English learner who watches this video should have the opportunity to learn the names of some internal organs, have an overview of the body systems. There are organs that are not mentioned and included in the video.
